A man in India who was diagnosed with throat cancer killed his friend for inducing him to use tobacco and marijuana after the doctor explained that the possible cause of his condition was his smoking habit.

After a few days he returned with the pistol to Delhi and went to the restaurant to kill Inayat, his friend. In the place both men fighted, because according to Mustakeem, Inayat was to blame for his cancer and his dismissal, reason why in the middle of the fight Ahmad did shoot.
Inayat was taken to the hospital where he died from gunshot wounds and the alleged murderer was arrested by the police as he tried to escape.
