Welcome to the Territorio De Zaguates, also known as the Land of Strays–a no-kill shelter where over 900 homeless dogs can run and wander free on beautiful green hills.
Most of the dogs in the Land of Strays are mixed breeds. And the shelter and its volunteers are determined and passionate in their cause of ending discrimination against mutts or mixed breeds.
This place is like absolute heaven for dog lovers! The dogs wander around the area happily. And people who go there get to be with the dogs, play with them and run with them. And since all the dogs there are up for adoption, you can also take one of the dogs home.
