Vix: With so much technology at our fingertips, it can be easy to forget how beautiful nature is. The beauty of the world around us often goes underappreciated, but at the rate that humans are impacting the environment, there is no time to waste taking nature for granted.
Minus the people opposed to believing that climate change is real, there is some real fear that the national parks we treasure will one day literally be hot travel destinations as a result of global warming. Here are five national parks that you should get to asap.
1. Glacier National Park
Glacier National Park sits in the Montana Rockies and is known as the crown of the continent. The park has more than 700 miles of hiking trails.
2. Yosemite National Park
When most people think of California, the thoughts are of Hollywood and city life. Before it’s too late you should check Yosemite National Park in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains.
